Understanding Job Metrics on Tech Jobs for Good

Here's more detail about the metrics available on your Tech Jobs for Good job posting. 

Views

This is the number of times that your job description has been viewed on Tech Jobs for Good. This data point updates every 24 hours, so don't worry if you don't see any views immediately after posting your job.

Apply Clicks

This is the number of times that the apply button has been clicked on your job description. Unlike the Views metric, this data point get's updated automatically. 

Depending on how your job is set up, this may differ from the number of job applications you receive from Tech Jobs for Good. If you have another link to apply in your job description, applicants who use that link will not be reflected in this number. Additionally, if you accept jobs via email, we encourage you to have another method of tracking the source of your job applicants since they may not click the apply button. 

Saves

This is the number of people who have saved your job posting. Job Seekers often save jobs that they find interested or intend to apply to at a later date.

Tracked Applicants

This table shows the Name, Email, and Date that logged in users first clicked apply on your job posting. This may differ from the number of Apply clicks, but allows you to understand which applicants found your job on Tech Jobs for Good. If the job applicant has a finished profile on Tech Jobs for Good, you will be able to click the link on their name and view their profile in our candidate database.
