Editing Your Organization Profile
In order to update your organization profile, you first need to be logged in with an employer account that is connected to your company. If you haven't done this yet, read this article on How to create an employer account.
Once you're logged in, navigate to the Employer Profile menu at the top of your screen and click Manage Employer Profile. You can also get there using this link.

Basic Information
In this section you will need to fill out the following information:
- Organization Name
- Website URL
- Image (Company Logo)
- We recommend that you use a square PNG or JPEG file. Typically the logo you use on LinkedIn works well.
- Note: SVG's will not work correctly.
- Brief Overview
- This is 1-2 sentences that highlight your organization's mission and impact. This is shown on job post cards and on job alert emails for job seekers, so make sure that it's clear and gets job seekers interested in learning more.
- Bad example: Impact job board for people in tech.
- Better example: Tech Jobs for Good connects over 100,000 people a year to mission-driven tech work at organizations making a positive impact on the world.
- Location
- Add locations where your organization has a physical office. If your organization is 100% remote, you do not need to enter any locations.
- Remote Work Policy
- Select 100% Remote if everyone at your organization works remotely.
- Select Partially Remote if your organization is hybrid or only some teams at your organization work remotely.
- Select 100% On-site if everyone at your organization works from a physical office.
- Be sure to add your office locations if you select 100% On-site or partially remote.
- Organization Type
- The organization types that you can choose from are: Nonprofit, For-Profit, Government, B-Corporation, Public Benefit Corporation, and Educational
- Organization Size
Impact Areas
Select 1-3 impact area(s) that best align with your organization’s mission.
Tip: If you find yourself adding more than 3 impact areas or your organization supports a broad range of other impact organizations, you likely will fall under Partners & Advocates.

Workplace Values
Select up to 5 workplace values that most closely reflect the culture at your organization.
Note: If you change your workplace values, make sure to save them, with the Save & Publish button at the bottom of the form.
About
This is your opportunity to dive deeper into what makes working at your organization great. If you're not sure what to include, you can try elaborating on the workplace values you chose or describing what sets your organization apart.
Remember: Your audience here is potential job seekers - so adjust any text you might copy from your website to address job seekers instead of customers or investors.

This is where you can highlight the benefits and perks that you offer to your employees.
Our Impact
Our audience looks for organizations that are making a positive impact for people and the planet, this is your opportunity to back up your impact claims with facts.
If you have an annual Impact Report or evidence backed studies that demonstrate your organization’s impact on the world - this is a great place to highlight them.
Publishing your Profile
Once you're ready, hit Save & Publish to have your updated organization profile show up on our Browse Companies page.
